Brand new crock pot smell?

just got a brand new crock pot, washed out the ceramic dish, and put on a stew. after about 15, it does not smell right at all. kind of like heated plastic or something. is this just because its new?

No! It will not be that painful. The first outbreak is always the worst outbreak. Mine was kind of similar. Burned bad when I peed and everything. But since then my outbreaks have been wayyyy less severe. No burning at all. Once on antivirals is a lot more controlled. I really hope your tests come back negative. Nobody deserves . Why do people hate emos?

A LOT of people think I'm emo. I have naturally super dark hair and have some bangs (doesn't everyone?). Older cats hate new kitten?

I found a stray, sick little kitten the other day. We took him to the vet, took care of his fleas and cold, and now he is a wild, crazy little guy. My two older females (one 15 and the other 5) are terrified of him. When he gets near, they growl and hiss. The five year old, Opal, is my cat, and won't even let me hold her without growling since I smell like the kitten. Toulouse (the kitten) was being totally playful with them- running up to them, trying to snuggle, and the like. I know its annoying to the older cats- but they didn't act annoyed, they acted afraid. Now, when Toulouse gets near them, they hiss and growl and back away, and Toulouse is starting to do the same. I don't want any aggression- what can I do to prevent this?

Are ham bones safe for dogs?

I'm scared to give anything anymore to my dogs after the whole "greenies" thing and watching the emergency vet show on Animal Planet and seeing how easily things like bone fragments either get lodged in their throats or impacted in their insides! These bones came sealed and the dogs are crazy about them! I hate to deprive them of such a treat! The packaging says to supervize them which I do. They just rip off tiny bits of ham still stuck to the bone but when they start trying to actually gnaw off segments of the bone, should I throw it away? We used to give our dogs butcher bones growing up and we never had any problems so am I just being paranoid? Oh, they are Shetland Sheepdogs so they don't tend to gulp things down like breeds like Labs do (I had a Lab and a Golden and they ate cell phones, remote controls, Christmas Ornaments, basically anything!).

Chemistry Work Help??!!Please?

I'm not sure about all of them but. The first one you switch the Na with the Fe to form Na(NO3) but you have to make the charges equal and the other one is + FeOH but you have to make the charges add up too. Then you go back through and Make sure there is the same amount of each elements on both sides. So if there is only 1 Na on the left there should only be one on the right but if theres more you have to add coefficients. It's really hard to explain typing. Hope this helped a little. You need a periodic table with the charges.

UNBEARABLE PAIN IN BIG TOE!!!!!?

So here how it started i was pressure washing a floor in a location i am unable to say.My feet were wet from water getting in my boot. We had completed the task at hand and then about an hour after completing it my big toe began to ache a little and then more and more. I have a 95 Honda Prelude SI. My airconditioner stopped working last summer so I bought some freon to put into it. After doing so I could hear a loud hiss comming from the front of the condenser. I can understand your worrying and I'm sure your little bit will be just fine. To me it sounds like she has a case of infantile acid reflux. Sounds crazy right? This tends to cure itself. As long as your doctor says she's fine and not malnourished or dehydrated even though you'll continue to worry(as its what we mothers do) just keep in mind she will be ok. My kid stopped pooping when he was 2 weeks old. I swore up and down that his intentines were blocked or twisted or that there was something wrong with his colon because he would strain like he had to go but nothing happened. Excellerated heart rate hand tremors, constant myoclonic jerks preventing getting to sleep. Cocaine, coffee?

So the night before last I was stupid and did some cocaine. I will never do it again. I was also drinking a lot of beer. The next day I was terribly congested. I had bad sinus pain. I used some over the counter decongestant nasal spray and took a non drowsy decongestant. I started drinking beer that afternoon. Later that night I got a call that my best friend had tried to kill himself. I went to the hospital and drank a cappaccino and maybe two or three coffees. I stayed the night at the hospital with my friend, I didn't really sleep at all. I got home at around 10 this morning. I tried to go to sleep but I kept having "myoclonic jerks" everytime I would almost be asleep, again and again. I then began to sweat and my heart rate went crazy. Hard and fast, skipping beats agony! Finally I calmed down and after a while my heart rate went back to almost normal. I went to work and I just got home about an hour ago hoping to sleep but I can't fall asleep because everytime I'm almost asleep my arm, or hand, or leg will do the twitch/jerk. Was my heart rate messed up this morning because I was having an anxiety/adrenalin attack because my best friend almost died? Because I had been up so long? Could the two lines of coke I did 24/36 hours earlier were affecting me still? Could it have been some type of late reaction to the coc, the beer, the decongestants, the caffeine, the lack of sleep, and the near loss of my friend? I feel fine now, except my hand trembles a little. But I still can't get to sleep. I expirience myclonic jerks a few times a week but never over and over again just minutes apart (very subtle ones though) When you answer please remember, all of this sounds like a lot but the cocaine was done prob 48 hours ago. My Dachshund mix just had his four baby canine teeth removed, how much wet food is okay for his size?

I have very irregular periods,My periods last for a week to at least 3 or 4 weeks.Me and my ex boyfriend had unportect alot.In january is when me and my ex started having i never had my period during that time.Then in febuary i had the most wierdest period ever.I had clear discharge and some bleeding no cramps we had that day because i didnt think i had my period.2 days p and it gets a little heavier but not as heavy as they are usually ? The only thing i can suggest is to pull your CMOS battery out. Which located inside of the pc. Usally in the lower left corner of the motherboard. Leave it out for about 10 minutes. Unplug your computer then turn it on for a few seconds to get any remaining power out of it. Put the battery back in after 10 minutes then plug it back in. Power up and see if it has reset itself.

Though many would say that the Christian population is on the rise I would say that the secular-Christian movement is on the rise (they take bits and pieces of the Bible as truth). As far as Protestant Evangelical Christians we are on a decline. True the "Christian Movement" and "Religious Right" is still ongoing but I don't think it is the same Christian Movement of the 90's. Belief in God will defintely continue as long as me and my fellow fundies are around.

Help with my hedgehog!!?

Matilda, my hedgehog, is abut 3 years old and I have had her almost her entire life. I went to the lake for the weekend and left her plenty of food and water (as i always do), but when i came home and got her out to play something was different. Her little grey fur mask around her eyes was gone!! Her fur is now entirely white! What could have caused this and is it unhealthy? Personally, I don't like Islam, but then I don't like any religion. That doesn't make me a biggot. But when I go from attacking an ideology a person has chosen on their own free will to using the political system to encourage legislation that prevents them from exercising their right to worship the way they want, or when I attack and ault them physically, well now I'm a bigot. As for ity, there is no reason to hate LGBT people. The only conceivable reason is because the Bible is against uality. But if you believe you have the right to use the political system to bully these people into silence in the military and not being able to have the same rights as everyone else because you think you have the obligation to shove your religion down their throats and socially engineer society to abstain from ity, then you too are a bigot. But if you are simply personally against uality and Islam, but don't allow that to drive you to dehumanizing people personally or politically, then you are not a bigot, you are just prejudiced.

When I went to Kenya I got vaccinated for typhoid, Hep A, malaria, and yellow fever. The Hep A was HIGHLY recommended by the nurse. I was there for four months with no problem (just got the flu). I probably could've done without typhoid or yellow fever vaccs, but I was nervous. ok so, i've looked into overclocking, and i see the clock speed you change in the bios is somewhere around 300-500mhz, people call this the front side bus, but when i buy a processor, i see 1066mhz or 1333mhz. what's the difference in those speeds? on a side note, why does amd have like 1800mhz and 2000mhz "fsb" where intel h up to 1600mhz, why, and are they different?

Why am I not able to format a CDR?

I am trying to format a CDR on my laptop, but when I go through the steps, my drive makes this noise like its going to explode or a rocket is taking off and everything freezes up and the noise continues. But the drive is perfectly fine otherwise. It burns fine and reads cd's fine. I know the cd is compatible because I burn on the same disks. I just want to erase the disk and burn on it. That's all and I don't see what the problem, but I'm not that computer illiterate. Am I doing something wrong? I have Window XP and idk the specifications of the drive itself.
