Is this a good e hero deck?

Pot of Greed is a banned card so I ume that you play by the traditional format. If so this is a horrible deck because Traditional Chaos completely murders E-Heroes. I suggest you take out the Pot because it is the only banned card you use and you shouldn't play in Traditional if you only have that as your banned card. For casual play its ok but in competitive play, you will get murdered.
