Women's studies - what percentage of allegations are false, and how does that make you feel?

Well it's really impossible to say. First, what exactly constitutes an 'allegation'? To whom must the allegation be made? Second, by what standard is the veracity of the allegation to be ascertained? There is no real mechanism in place to prove criminal allegations false; the relevant legal question is only whether or not they can be proved to be true.
