I'm not sure about all of them but. The first one you switch the Na with the Fe to form Na(NO3) but you have to make the charges equal and the other one is + FeOH but you have to make the charges add up too. Then you go back through and Make sure there is the same amount of each elements on both sides. So if there is only 1 Na on the left there should only be one on the right but if theres more you have to add coefficients. It's really hard to explain typing. Hope this helped a little. You need a periodic table with the charges.
