Should I start McNabb or Schaub in my week 16 fantasy championship?

I was wondering if i should start D. McNabb who is playing at Washington where it is supposed to rain and where he was held under 200yrds ping and no TD's in their first meeting....or...start Matt Schaub in Oakland where he will have one of the worst defences, and the #1 receiver andre johnson to throw to all day?????????
