Bad situation gone legal?

My "friends" HATE my boyfriend with a burning pion and have even made allegations of against him. Today I found out that they are now planning to take legal action against him due the relationship he has with me (I am jail bait. He is 19, I am 17). Is there anything I can do to fight this??
