Can I use hamburger instead in this recipe?

Hi Miss L, It is possible the hamburger would fall apart or just disitigrate. Anyway if you were to use hamburger it wouldn't be a stroganof you really need to follow this one or you could regret the effort in making it. It needs the proper meat to take on all the flavoures. I woouldn't fancy smmered hamburgers. I hope this helps,all the best.Rab
