Post-vaccination lump at injection site?

It's been my experience that about 35-40% of cats get some sort of bump/lump after shots. My vet does the distemper up near the shoulders and the rabies in the left leg, so it's easy to monitor the kitty for a few days after injections. It's usually the leg that gets the bump (rabies shot), and it goes away in about 10 days.
