Should I leave my wife if she is over Jealous?

My wife is always getting Jealous of everyone else in my life. She got upset because I went to the movies with her sister a few times. That I am always Hugging her friends and TXTing them. Then last week, me and the guys, went drinking at a bar and was dancing with a women. But it is like we with them. We were just grinding a bit. No big deal. But she is all Jealous because I didn't get home again, not until 5 am. Geez, at least even I came home with all her Jealous she keeps throwing around.
