What is wrong with my tongue?

There is something weird going on with my tounge like my tounge itches really bad and there is pink bumps in the back of my tounge also on the right side of my tounge it is white last night the white almost turned completly black. my tongue is painfull and so itchy. Someone please help me!!!!!! I,need to no whats going on .
