i was at the same weight for about 2-3 weeks is it possible it could have ped because the scales have gone down 1-2 kgs, i didnt change what i was i was doing i stuck to it.. is it possible for the plateau to p and for me to continue losing weight?? THANK YOU

Hi Miss L, It is possible the hamburger would fall apart or just disitigrate. Anyway if you were to use hamburger it wouldn't be a stroganof you really need to follow this one or you could regret the effort in making it. It needs the proper meat to take on all the flavoures. 1066mhz front side bus? sounds really high? how does that work?

ok so, i've looked into overclocking, and i see the clock speed you change in the bios is somewhere around 300-500mhz, people call this the front side bus, but when i buy a processor, i see 1066mhz or 1333mhz. what's the difference in those speeds? on a side note, why does amd have like 1800mhz and 2000mhz "fsb" where intel h up to 1600mhz, why, and are they different?

Why am I not able to format a CDR?

I am trying to format a CDR on my laptop, but when I go through the steps, my drive makes this noise like its going to explode or a rocket is taking off and everything freezes up and the noise continues. But the drive is perfectly fine otherwise. It burns fine and reads cd's fine. I know the cd is compatible because I burn on the same disks. I just want to erase the disk and burn on it. That's all and I don't see what the problem, but I'm not that computer illiterate. Am I doing something wrong? I have Window XP and idk the specifications of the drive itself. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. P.S.- English please, not computer-speak.
